Most photo shoots give you a photographer and a location. MelbTokyo gives you a local guide, a storyteller, and a camera — all in one. The experience comes first. The photos follow naturally.

The person behind it
Hi, I’m Hiroyuki.
I’m the founder of MelbTokyo and the person who’ll be with you on the day. I’ve spent years photographing people across Tokyo: weddings, portraits, commercial projects.
But the work I come back to, again and again, is the kind where the camera becomes secondary to the experience itself.
That’s why I started MelbTokyo — to combine the thing I know best (this city) with the thing I love most (photography). Every shoot is personal. I want you to leave with something that actually means something.
