Melb Tokyo runs guided photo experiences in Tokyo. We only collect what we need to plan your shoot, deliver your photos, and stay in touch about your booking.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The plan and area you selected, if you chose one
• Anything you write in the message field

We never ask for card or bank details on this website. Payment is handled separately through Wise, so your payment information never reaches us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and confirm the details of your shoot
• To send you a payment link and a booking confirmation
• To reach you on the day of the shoot
• To deliver your finished photos

We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own use.

Photos from your shoot

The photos from your session are yours to use however you like. We may also show a small selection on this website or on our Instagram so future guests can see our work.

If you would rather we keep yours private, just tell us — before or after the shoot. There is no deadline, and you can change your mind later. We will take them down from anywhere we control.

Services we rely on

A few outside services help us run this site and our bookings:

• Wise — payments and payment links
• Instagram (Meta) — the photos on our Gallery page are loaded from our Instagram account
• Our email provider and our web hosting provider

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. WordPress may set a small number of cookies that the site needs to work properly. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.

How long we keep things

We keep enquiry emails and booking records for as long as we need them for accounting, and in case you come back to us for another shoot. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us an email and we will take care of it — no forms, no conditions.
